Perfect for honeymooners
The service was perfect! Every meal was presented beautifully and tasted amazing, especially the afternoon tea by the spa, listening to the sounds of the rainforest was surreal.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was worth it.

Place, weather, privet pool, another world
They did not maintain the heater or daily check up for the hot water in the privet pool

I really loved the view it was amazing facing the forests and the mountains near the lack but it was so scary at night.
What I did not like the private pool was open so people in restaurants and other villas could see us clearly and because am Muslim I felt un comfortable and I didn’t get my privacy.Staff just cares about money. This hotel needs to improve its customer satisfactions by training their staff intensively.

Experiencing the Hanging Gardens of Bali was lovely. The Riverside Pool Villa offered a fine view of the jungle and had a private infinity pool that was a joy to relax in. The decor in the villa struck a perfect balance between traditional and luxurious. Breakfasts were good, with a variety of fresh local options with views that could take your breath away. A standout was the attentive service. Every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to. There were some hiccups. The dinner menu felt somewhat limited, especially for longer stays. The hotel's location, while offering tranquility, was about 30 minutes away from Ubud was great. A couple of minor maintenance issues in the villa, like squeaky doors, could also benefit from attention. A magical experience with a few areas that could be enhanced.
